    Moy Veterinary Clinic, Ballina, Co Mayo has an opening for a Vet to join our 50:50 mixed practice, no equine. We are a VCI accredited hospital on the SA side.

    There are two certificate holders in the practice and we will support and encourage any further study you wish to undertake. We have a long history of offering support to recent graduates and recent graduates are welcome to apply

    This is a mixed position and the exact split depends upon your skills and interest. You will be involved in our SA side with both consulting and surgery. The farm animal side involves clinical cattle work, seasonal sheep, preventative healthcare and TB testing for our clients. Herd Health will be a growing part of the position. Easi-scan for your use. All equipment supplied and training provided. VCI/VDS paid. Mileage paid. Equally shared rota. Recent graduates will be on call with a partner initially. Salary and bonuses commensurate with your experience. We are a member of the XLVets group.

    Minimum 1 year contract through Spring 2022.
